Delivery conditions

The user receives the requested goods at the specified delivery address or at the designated office of the courier company (Speedy / Econt).

For orders of equipment of BGN 100 with VAT, the delivery is free of charge for the territory of Bulgaria.

For orders of supplies for thermal printers - thermal transfer labels, direct thermal labels and ribbons - the delivery price is calculated additionally depending on the actual weight of the product and the tariff of the courier company (Speedy / Econt), with delivery costs paid by the Client.

Delivery time

The user receives the ordered goods from 1 to 7 business days - from receiving confirmation of the order from Alpha Partner Ltd.

For products that are available in stock, we send the goods ordered by the user within the working day.

Upon exhaustion of the available quantities of the requested goods - a representative of Alpha Partner Ltd. will inform the consumer in good time. In this case, only after confirmation of the user, the order will be made within the changed time interval, and if the user requests a cancellation of the order - the order will be stopped.
