In order to create an account / profile at alphapartner.bg, the user chooses "Registration", agrees with the "Terms of Service" and introduces his / her personal data needed to process an order.

Prices and payment method

All product prices published on the site are in Bulgarian Lev, VAT included.

The prices and method of payment are specified when creating each order.

For orders worth more than BGN 999 with VAT - the payment is made by bank transfer, the user will receive the data on behalf of Alpha Partner Ltd. via e-mail.

Invoice

When the user wishes to receive an invoice, he / she notes the appropriate field for receipt of the document while making his / her order.

The user is obliged to provide all the necessary information for issuing an invoice, in accordance with the Bulgarian legislation in force.

Ordering through the site is possible after the user has an account at alphapartner.com

Delivery conditions

The user receives the requested goods at the specified delivery address or at the designated office of the courier company (Speedy).

For orders of equipment of BGN 100 with VAT, the delivery is free of charge for the territory of Bulgaria.

For orders of supplies for thermal printers - thermal transfer labels, direct thermal labels and ribbons - the delivery price is calculated additionally depending on the actual weight of the product and the tariff of the courier company (Speedy), with delivery costs paid by the Client.

Delivery time

The user receives the ordered goods from 1 to 7 business days - from receiving confirmation of the order from Alpha Partner Ltd.

Upon exhaustion of the available quantities of the requested goods - a representative of Alpha Partner Ltd. will inform the consumer in good time. In this case, only after confirmation of the user, the order will be made within the changed time interval, and if the user requests a cancellation of the order - the order will be stopped.

Any trademarks, distinctive signs, logos, designs and characters depicted on this Website constitute the intellectual property of Alpha Partner Ltd. or are included in this website with the permission of their owner, who has granted Alpha Partner Ltd. rights and permission to use them.  Any use or reproduction for any purpose or by any means is strictly and expressly prohibited.

Alpha Partner Ltd. reserves the right to unilaterally modify these General Terms and Conditions, for which it is not obliged to notify the Users.
