REA VeriMax barcode quality control verifier for 2D matrices and barcodes
REA VeriMax is a modern device for verification of 2D matrix codes and 1D barcodes , which can be used in all areas of industry. VeriMax is designed to be fixed in production lines and controlled by individual software. For this purpose, the REA evaluation software offers a software API. In addition to the fully integrated installation in the production lines, REA VeriMax can also be mounted on a stand as a stand-alone system for checking the readability and quality of the code .
The measurement of optical codes in accordance with certain angles, distances and illuminance allows accurate and reproducible results from the measurement and evaluation of quality according to ISO / IEC standards .
The measuring system is based on a high-precision CMOS camera chip . In addition, the design avoids the influence of ambient light.
REA VeriMax is a barcode verifier designed as an offline verifier of matrix codes and barcodes . The settings and measurement results are completely under the control of the software created by the device manufacturer. This allows, for example, in controlled pharmaceutical production sites to assign and record all production-related data related to production batches. Therefore, verifier qualification (IQ / OQ) is part of machine qualification and is no longer a separate process.
Measured values with the REA VeriMax barcode verifier can also be viewed and managed by the REA Verifier software application (optimized with touch screen). This can happen on its own or in parallel with the machine's integrated software.
With the REA VeriMax barcode verifier , you can quickly find out if you are using EU and FDA (US) specifications. You will also see how the print quality of your codes is optimized through detailed measurement results.
REA VeriMax is a system for verification of 1D barcodes and 2D matrix codes , specially designed for fully integrated installation in production lines. Thanks to its two operating modes, REA VeriMax can be used individually in the production line in accordance with the requirements: either for manual random inspection or as a built-in verification system .
The more complex the codes, the more complex the task of an embedded code verification system . REA VeriMax can reliably check up to five complex codes per second. If the codes are simplified in their complexity, the verification speed of REA VeriMax per second is also increased.
Due to its small size and software individually programmed by the machine manufacturer, REA VeriMax finds its place in every company. REA gives you the right interfaces and software to evaluate your codes.
