Granit 1980i provides excellent scanning quality for every 1D and 2D barcode, omni-directionally - you do not need to align the bar code against the scanner. The device is well-suited to reading poor quality 2 mil barcodes and 100 mil barcodes in a wide range - from close contact to more than 15 m.

An integrated laser pointer aiming system with auto-illumination, sound signal and good-read indicators provide clear and immediate feedback.
