WAX-Resin strips are composed of a material that is a combination of wax and resin . Suitable for high- quality, fast and long-lasting printing on glossy labels such as polyethylene, polypropylene or polyester - more tear-resistant than paper labels and with greater protection of the print against external atmospheric influences. Thanks to the wax-rubber thermal transfer tapes , a high level of resistance of the printed labels to scratching, smearing, contact with moisture, extreme temperature conditions or interaction with certain types of chemicals is achieved.

This makes them widely applicable mainly in industrial conditions . WAX-Resin tapes are most often used by printers with flat thermal heads , as well as by those with side or corner elements: near-edge or corner-edge.
